Hidden Frequencies: Script Selection Process Update

We have been delighted with the level of response our script casting call for The Hidden Frequencies podcast has garnered. Over 70 stories from 55 authors across the world so far have been submitted.

Of course this creates a large time sink for our admittedly small creative team, and it has taken every bit of three months to process all of these stories and sort them into various piles of suitability for our development into 7-10 quality season 3 episodes. With that being said, there are many stories that we found compelling but would like to see some work done to them in order to make them stronger for our format – and we would very much consider them for future season episodes once those revisions are made.

If your story did not make our initial cut, please do not be discouraged. The team has graciously developed notes for stories to offer feedback on their selections and refusals. We are more than happy to take another look at revisions and even alternative story submissions as we would love to build a continuous feed of listener submissions to grow this compelling audio narrative to new spectrums.

If you have submitted, expect to hear a response soon – the letters are starting to go out today (5/20/2021) – and be sure to follow the podcast on social media, subscribe on your favorite podcast aggregator, join our exclusive fan community in discord, and consider becoming a Patron to get some excellent behind the scenes content and other extras, like bonus episodes and interviews with cast and authors of past episodes!

Thank you all for your participation and continued support of the podcast. Without you, season 3 and beyond could not exist, and we are eternally grateful.
